What is a missed-call audit?

We place four recorded test calls to your business at four different times — business hours, lunch, after close and a weekend — then send you the recordings and a one-page write-up of what happened to each one.

Does it cost anything?

No. There is no card, no obligation, and we will not call you about it unless you ask us to.

What if the audit comes back clean?

We tell you that and you have lost nothing. If your phone is answered well at 8 PM on a Sunday, you do not need us.
