What it does
- A review request after every completed job, to every customer, for the platforms that matter for your trade
- One reminder, then it stops. Nobody gets nagged
- An alert when a negative review lands, so you hear it from us, not from your next customer
- Replies drafted for you to approve before anything is posted
What it does not do
- We do not ask only the happy customers, screen people out before asking, or hold back or remove bad reviews. Google's policy forbids selectively asking for positive reviews, and the FTC's rules on consumer reviews ban review suppression.
- We do not write reviews, buy them, or offer anything in exchange for a good one.
- We do not promise a number of reviews, a star rating or a ranking.
