Terms of service

The commercial terms, in the order they usually matter

Effective 10 September 2026 · Webb LLC doing business as Deskbell · Applies to this website and the services described on it.

These terms cover your use of this website and, where you become a client, the service we operate for you. Where you have signed a written agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms fill the gaps rather than overriding it.

Who these terms are with

Deskbell is a trading name of Webb LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. In these terms, we and us means Webb LLC doing business as Deskbell, and you means the business agreeing to them.

What we are agreeing to do

Configure and operate the system described in your quote — Charlie answering your calls, the pipeline, the follow-up and whatever else your package includes — and keep it running, monitored and adjusted as your business changes.

Term

There is a minimum term, because the setup work is real and happens before you see a return. The exact length is stated on your quote in writing before you sign anything. It renews unless you say otherwise, and we tell you before it renews rather than letting it roll over quietly.

What it costs and what moves

A monthly figure quoted against your volume, your locations and your package. Carrier, messaging and phone number fees are passed through at cost and itemised separately on your invoice, so you can see exactly what is ours and what is the carrier’s. If your volume changes materially, we requote rather than surprising you on an invoice.

What you are responsible for

Being the sender of record for messages sent on your behalf and the business of record for calls answered on your behalf. Giving us accurate information about your services, pricing and availability. Holding valid consent for every contact you ask us to message, and never asking us to message someone who has not given it.

SMS terms

By opting in you agree to receive text messages from Deskbell. We send service messages about your enquiry and your account, and — only where you have separately and specifically opted in — promotional messages about offers and new services. Message frequency varies by the service you have with us and is typically no more than ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@deskbell.net. Opting out takes effect on receipt and applies across every campaign we run, not only the one you replied to. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy policy and our Messaging and consent page.

Call recording

Calls handled by the system are recorded, and callers are notified at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are available to you for every call. Our Call recording page sets out how notification works, which states require two-party consent, and who can access a recording.

Ending it

You can leave at the end of the term. Your customer list exports on request in a standard format at no charge. There is no exit fee. Your phone number is yours and ports out to wherever you are going.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a number of leads, a number of bookings, or an amount of revenue. Anyone who does is guessing with your money. What we guarantee is that the system runs, that your calls are answered, and that you can listen to every one of them. The service is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what we have committed to in writing.

Limitation of liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, even where the possibility was known. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for wilful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction. Before either of us files anything, we agree to spend thirty days genuinely trying to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We update the effective date at the top when these terms change. Where a change materially affects an existing client, we give notice directly and it does not take effect mid-term without agreement.
